8.1 The return of goods shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2011 on the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade. No. 697.
8.2 The returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the goods. If the goods are not complete and properly packed, the Seller shall not accept the goods for return.
8.3 The Goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed.
8.4 Goods shall be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's own expense, unless the goods are returned because of their quality.
8.5 Due to different computer resolutions, the colour of the Goods may differ from the photographs on different computers. In such a case, if the goods are returned, the Seller will not cover the return costs. The return costs shall be borne by the recipient.
8.6 Point 14 of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Lithuania stipulates that if the buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the goods purchased, he/she has the right to replace them with an analogous product within 14 days from the date of sale of the non-food goods, if the seller does not stipulate a longer period of time.
If the seller does not replace the equivalent product, the buyer has the right to return the product to the seller within 14 days and to recover the money paid for the product, excluding shipping costs. In the event of a return of a faulty product, we, debesukarusele.lt, undertake to collect the faulty product and replace it with an equivalent product or refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product and the shipping costs. The money will be refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer within 14 days.
8.6.1 The Buyer may return the faulty product provided that it has not been used, is in good condition and has not lost its merchantable appearance. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which were necessary for the inspection of the product shall not be considered a material change in the appearance of the product.
8.7 In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where the buyer is not satisfied with the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the goods, these quality goods shall not be exchanged or returned:
*clothes;
*men's, boys', women's or girls' knitted underwear;
*babies' clothing;
*stockings, socks, socks and other similar articles;
*men's, boys', women's or girls' sewn underwear, nightgowns, pyjamas and similar articles;
*bras, girdles, corsets and similar articles;
*bedding articles (mattresses, quilts, quilted down blankets, cushions, poufs and pillows);
*custom-made goods (made-to-measure bedding, curtains, etc.); ).
